where it all started.

we shot this video on such a cold day. it was about 30 degrees out and most shots were outside. the amount of times we had to go back to the car and warm back up is countless.

I've known joey since 2020, but we were never close. i was the biggest fan of him and i idolized him. I still remember when his 2020 album heartbreaks and headaches came out. the amount of times i played his song see her that summer was crazy. speaking of huge fans of him, my friend niko came along with me to the shoot to help and he knows about every song made by joey. so it was a crazy full circle moment that day.

the way I contacted him was through snapchat, completely out of the blue. I said I would film him a free music video and he was down. we got into a call on discord, planned it out, and now here we are.
